Seigfreid Bingham’s trial victory from this past September was further bolstered by recent rulings from the Court on December 18, 2020. Our client, S & H Farm Supply, Inc. was previously awarded a $5.879 million jury verdict against defendant Bad Boy, Inc. for breach of contract and unlawful termination of a dealer agreement. In its rulings on Friday, the Court denied Bad Boy, Inc.’s motion for new trial and renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law. In addition, the Court granted the motion filed by Seigfreid Bingham on behalf of S & H Farm Supply, Inc. seeking recovery of S & H Farm Supply, Inc.’s attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in the lawsuit.  In its order, the Court awarded S & H Farm Supply, Inc. all of its requested attorneys’ fees, pushing the total award against Bad Boy, Inc. to just over $6.5M.
