Cody is a litigator driven by client-focused advocacy coupled with exceptional legal knowledge and skill. His clients trust him to listen to their needs and desired results and to offer them competent and realistic legal advice. Cody represents clients in a variety of matters, including commercial disputes, employment law, licensing, real estate, landlord-tenant, and construction. He is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts.
A 2020 graduate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, where he excelled at the top of his class, Cody was a member of the National Moot Court team, served as Comment Editor for the UMKC Law Review, and was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy and brief-writing skills.
In his free time, you might find Cody at the dog park, golf course, or any Kansas City sporting event.
