Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex tax, business, and estate-planning issues. His practice includes developing comprehensive estate plans, asset-protection planning, and guiding clients through business structuring and long‑term succession strategies. His background in both litigation and transactional work enhances his ability to identify risks, craft practical solutions, and support clients through significant personal and business transitions.

In addition to his practice, Ryan has also been an active leader in the Kansas City legal community, including serving as the past President of the Johnson County Bar Foundation and participating in several professional and charitable organizations.

As a St. Louis native and long‑time Kansas City resident, Ryan is known for his thoughtful, solutions‑oriented approach and commitment to client service.
