Steve has practiced law for more than 35 years, focusing on real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and financing. He also advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries and helps companies with general corporate matters. In addition to his legal practice, Steve has served as CEO of Seigfreid Bingham for the past 12 years, helping guide the firm's strategic growth and continued commitment to client service.

Throughout his career, Steve has represented clients in significant real estate developments and business transactions, including work for Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development, Murphy-Hoffman Company, and Wenger Manufacturing.
