Seigfreid Bingham is pleased to announce that Cody Weyhofen has been selected as a 2026 Up & Coming honoree by Missouri Lawyers Media (MLM). The award recognizes young attorneys who are making a positive difference in the practice of law in Missouri and whose outstanding contributions position them for continued success.

The MLM’s Up & Coming Award highlights attorneys across the state who have demonstrated professional excellence, leadership, and a commitment to serving clients and their communities. The 2026 honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony on October 21 at the Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis.

As a Shareholder at Seigfreid Bingham, Cody represents businesses in complex commercial litigation and disputes across a variety of industries, with substantial experience in the construction and transportation sectors. He also counsels and represents employers in labor and employment matters. Cody’s approach is grounded in understanding each client’s business and objectives, allowing him to develop practical strategies for resolving disputes, managing risks, and protecting his clients’ interests both in and out of the courtroom.

In addition to his legal practice, Cody is actively involved in the legal and local communities. He has served in leadership roles with the Lawyers Association of Kansas City and has contributed to legal publications and presentations on emerging issues affecting employers and businesses.
