Seigfreid Bingham is pleased to announce that Shannon Johnson, John Peryam and Brad Thoenen have been named Shareholders of the firm.

Shannon Cohorst Johnson practices in the litigation group where she focuses on general business and commercial litigation.  She has defended numerous complex commercial litigation matters to successful conclusion in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.

John Peryam practices in the corporate group where he focuses on business law and mergers and acquisitions.  He counsels clients on the broad spectrum of issues and opportunities facing the modern-day business, including the acquisition of capital through the sale of non-public securities.

Brad Thoenen practices in the litigation group where he focuses on complex commercial and employment litigation.  He represents clients in various industry sectors in both state and federal court, and has been involved in every aspect of litigation, from case inception through appeal.
