Seigfreid Bingham is pleased to announce that Cody Weyhofen has been named a Shareholder of the firm. Cody joined Seigfreid Bingham in 2019 as a summer associate and then became a full-time associate in 2020.

In Cody’s practice, he represents clients in a variety of business and civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, employment law, licensing, real estate, landlord-tenant, and construction.

Cody is involved in several legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Lawyers Association of Kansas City. He is also actively involved in the firm’s internal initiatives, serving on both the Recruiting Committee and the Marketing Committee, and has contributed as a mentor in the Summer Associate Mentorship Program.
