Bob Bartunek has more than 40 years of legal experience, primarily representing closely-held businesses and their owners, trade associations and other tax-exempt organizations in a wide variety of industries. His practice focuses on business planning and management, estate and succession planning, buying and selling businesses, employment issues, business disputes, and income and estate tax planning and controversies. Bob is familiar with the benefits and opportunities, but also the challenges, of managing, structuring and transferring family-owned businesses.
Along with his practice experience, Bob’s four degrees help him view your issues from not only a legal, but also business and tax perspectives. His ability to handle difficult situations in a realistic, practical and appropriate manner is supplemented by his earlier experiences in Army Military Intelligence, including service in Vietnam operating a program under the Central Intelligence Agency. He also recently acted as the Interim President of a college, which gave him first-hand experience running a business.
