Katie Conklin joined Seigfreid Bingham in 2022, practicing in the firm’s litigation group. Katie represents clients in a variety of employment litigation matters, including defending employment lawsuits and administrative charges, and prosecuting and defending non-compete agreements and trade secrets. Katie also represents clients in the areas of construction, real estate, and personal injury litigation.
In addition, Katie counsels clients regarding compliance with employment laws, reviews and drafts employment policies, handbooks, and employment agreements, and conducts discrimination and harassment investigations.
Katie received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2022. During law school, Katie served as a Comments Editor for the Kansas Law Review, and completed internships in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Kansas.
In her free time, Katie enjoys cooking, photography, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
