Kansas City, Missouri (March 25, 2016) Seigfreid Bingham, P.C. is pleased to announce that Brenda Hamilton has joined the firm as a shareholder.  Hamilton will practice in the firm’s litigation department with a primary emphasis in noncompetition, trade secret, insurance coverage/vexatious refusal, employment, class action, and general commercial litigation matters.

Hamilton has 25 years of experience defending complex commercial lawsuits, prosecuting and defending non-compete, unfair competition and trade secret cases, and counseling clients on a wide variety of employment, insurance coverage and related business issues.  She serves as national counsel for a major global company handling noncompetition and trade secret matters for it in courts throughout the country. She has successfully handled many class actions involving consumer fraud, false advertising and unfair trade practices.

Hamilton has attained an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, she has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Missouri and Kansas “Super Lawyer” from 2005 to 2015, and also has been recognized as one of the “Top 50 Missouri and Kansas Women Lawyers.”
