As a law student, Rachel was a Managing Editor for The Urban Lawyer national law journal, a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department, and a mentor for the Student Bar Association. She also interned for the Executive Director of Legal Aid of Western Missouri and served on the Executive Board of the Association for Women Law Students.

Before law school, Rachel worked in the events industry planning conferences and trade shows at Nth Degree, Inc. in Boston, MA. When not practicing law, you will likely find Rachel spoiling her two rescue schnauzers, galivanting around Kansas City, or attending a baseball game with family and friends.
