With 35 years of experience in commercial litigation and dispute avoidance and resolution, Paul Schepers has built his practice on a foundation of mutual respect and trust with clients. Through the course of his career, Paul has been involved in many high profile matters including the representation of Health Midwest in litigation with the Attorneys General of Missouri and Kansas over the billion dollar sale of Health Midwest to HCA.
Paul was also lead counsel for Marcus Allen in his defense against the efforts of OJ Simpson’s defense attorneys to force Mr. Allen to testify in the criminal prosecution of Mr. Simpson for the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
Paul’s passion for analyzing problems and drawing conclusions on the best course of action to achieve the best results is the driving force behind his legal career. His legal services include advice and representation for businesses in actual or potential commercial disputes with competitors, employees, customer, vendors, and regulators. His practice focuses on antitrust, health care, construction, and complex disputes in a variety of industries. Paul also has extensive experience in eminent domain law.
