Your go-to attorney for contracts of all types.
She has drafted, negotiated and reviewed thousands of contracts over the last 25 years for small and large businesses, emerging and established, for-profit and non-profit, in a broad range of industries including healthcare, retail, technology, sports and entertainment. The contract types are equally diverse including those common to most businesses and industries, such as entity formation and governance documents, employment and consulting arrangements, joint venture agreements, merger and acquisition contracts, supplier contracts, purchase and sale contracts, technology acquisition (purchase, subscription, software as a service and license). They also include a wide range of documents specific to the healthcare, advertising and marketing, and other industries.
Having earned her MBA at the same time as her JD degree, she is known for her good judgment often acting as a business counselor as much as a legal advisor. And she negotiates using a practice style that gets the deal done – pushing hard for terms of importance to the client, compromising when needed without giving up key elements and in a way that does not unnecessarily drive up legal fees. She understands the need to be readily available to her clients and prides herself on turning documents to her clients quickly. She offers a unique contract writing and negotiation ability you can’t get from most attorneys.
