Karla has the ability to provide bountiful legal knowledge about tax controversies with the IRS, preparation of federal and state individual returns, estate and gift tax returns, as well as fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts.

A large portion of her practice includes estate planning. She enjoys creating or transitioning plans to help businesses continue to grow and thrive. She works on the preparation of wills and trusts, limited liability companies, S corporations, irrevocable trusts, and charitable trusts. She also helps design and implement a variety of compensation plans while providing input on employee benefit packages.
