Hank Driskell joined Seigfreid Bingham in 2021 as a senior litigation associate, but was recently named Shareholder. He has practiced in the Kansas City area since graduating cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2016. Hank’s practice encompasses a wide array of business and civil litigation. He has represented individuals and businesses from all types and industries and professions – from general contractors and physicians to homes associations and hospitals. Hank believes his pragmatic approach to litigation can temper contentious situations and help clients avoid unnecessary delay and expense in resolving disputes.
Prior to beginning private practice, Hank served as a research attorney to the Honorable Henry W. Green, Jr. on the Kansas Court of Appeals.
Outside of practicing law, Hank likes to play golf, spend time with family, attend concerts, travel, and root for Sporting Kansas City, the Chiefs, and the Jayhawks.
