His experience, strong tax research skills, along with his LL.M. in Taxation, give him the ability to create very specific tax recommendations to meet your needs. He can provide tax advice and planning, and help you understand the tax consequences of a particular deal structure. You will also appreciate his prompt responses, thoroughness, and accurate guidance.

Heath is also experienced in the health care industry and can provide you with legal counsel on compliance with HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act, both of which he speaks on regularly. He frequently works on group health and other employee benefit plans for employers, including cafeteria plans such as flexible spending accounts. He also has a wide range of experience advising employers on the establishment, operation, and qualification of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including compliance with Code Section 409A and ERISA.
