Ben Wietharn joined the firm in 2023 as an Associate in the litigation practice group. He chose to practice law because of the unique opportunity to assist clients with complex problems and work in an intellectually stimulating environment.

Ben received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC) School of Law. During law school, Ben participated in extensive mock trial experience, which allowed him to cultivate the communication skills necessary to effectively advocate for clients, as evidenced by being honored with the Order of Barristers Award. He also served as a Submissions & Symposium Editor for the UMKC Law Review.

In his free time, Ben enjoys attending sports events, traveling, and spending time with his dog, friends, and family.
