Seigfreid Bingham is pleased to announce that Ellie Moser and Seth Snyder recently joined the firm as Associate attorneys in the litigation practice group.

Ellie Moser

Ellie’s practice encompasses general litigation, employment law, and construction law. She is a recent graduate from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate, and is licensed to practice law in Missouri. She is passionate about being an advocate for clients and uses problem-solving to achieve the best possible legal outcomes.

Seth Snyder

As a litigator, Seth defends and prosecutes the claims of businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes. He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice across both state and federal courts. His experience covers a wide range of business litigation matters, including construction disputes, creditor rights, bankruptcy litigation, shareholder disputes, business divorces, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Seth attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, the U.S. Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. Court for the District of Kansas, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas.
