Seigfreid Bingham is pleased to announce that Aaron Prenger joined the firm as an Of Counsel attorney in the corporate law, commercial lending, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups.
Aaron’s practice focuses on business transactions, financial services, and commercial lending in several industries, including equipment dealers, construction, and real estate.
Specific experience includes:
- Drafting, negotiating, and consulting on a variety of transactional documents, succession planning, corporate governance, contracting, insurance, and liability issues for corporate clients;
- Representing lenders in commercial real estate and asset-secured transactions; and
- Counseling clients in the mortgage banking industry on compliance issues and state and federal banking regulations.
Having a wide range of knowledge and prioritizing the best interests of his clients allows Aaron to achieve maximum results. He also dedicates his time to business development, including current membership in Mensa International and the Missouri Bar, as well as past involvement in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce.
