Brenda Hamilton, a shareholder and chair of Seigfreid Bingham’s Litigation practice group, has been named a winner of the 23rd Annual Women’s Justice Awards by Missouri Lawyers Media. She received a Litigation Practitioner Award, which recognizes women in the legal profession who have made their careers in the courtroom – whether civil or criminal, representing plaintiff or defense.

The Women’s Justice Awards recognize women across Missouri who have demonstrated leadership, integrity, service, sacrifice and accomplishment in improving the quality of justice and exemplifying the highest ideals of the legal profession. 

Brenda regularly represents businesses of all sizes in courts across the nation in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience handling high-stakes litigation involving business torts, contract disputes, consumer fraud, trade secret theft, breach of noncompetition agreements, employment discrimination, FLSA and wage and hour violations, trucking/transportation related lawsuits, and insurance coverage disputes. She has successfully handled many class action lawsuits in state and federal courts across the nation involving consumer fraud, employment discrimination, and FLSA/wage and hour claims.
