Seigfreid Bingham attorney Steve Kyle recently guest-lectured at a Land Transactions class made up of second and third-year students at the University Kansas (KU) School of Law.  He was invited to speak by the course instructor Mike Armstrong, who recently retired from a 25-year career as in-house counsel, then General Manager of WaterOne in Johnson County.

In addition to giving a crash course on condominium developments and property owner associations (at the request of the course instructor), Steve also shared stories about his career path as a real estate lawyer and the firm’s CEO.  With over 30 years of experience in the field, Steve often represents real estate professionals such as buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and brokers who seek counsel with their real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, developments, and loans.
