Seigfreid Bingham, P.C. is pleased to announce that Heath Hoobing has been named
a Shareholder of the firm effective October 1, 2014. Heath practices primarily in the firm’s Estate Planning, Tax and Health Care groups.

Heath joined Seigfreid Bingham in 2009. Prior to that, he was a Retirement Compliance Specialist for American Century Investments, where he led tax and other legal compliance initiatives for employer-sponsored retirement plans serviced by the company’s Business andRetirement Services department.
Heath is active in the legal community and currently serves on the Heart of America Tax Institute Planning Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of KC LEGAL and Giving the Basics. He frequently lectures on the Affordable Care Act. Heath received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2011 while practicing law full time and was awarded the Outstanding Tax Student Award. He also received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Kansas.
